PILOT APPLICATIONS

Your business stays yours.

This describes the current application service. Live voice, billing and token activation are still pending.

What is saved

Your authenticated account identifier and email, business name, trade, business phone, payment and bond preferences, application acknowledgement and timestamps. If you save business setup, bookd also stores your approved hours, timezone, service areas, receptionist name, emergency destination and approved answers.

Where it is used

Application records support pilot onboarding and your saved workspace. Account access is scoped to the signed-in owner. The public sample workspace contains demonstration data, separate from your application. No live call audio or card details are collected by the application form.

Connected accounts

Calendar connection becomes available after provider setup. A connection requires your authorization; refresh credentials are encrypted on the server. Hosted card checkout, when enabled, is handled by Stripe. These providers have their own account and privacy terms.

Token records

Future protocol records use opaque tenant identifiers. Your phone number, approved answers, customer transcripts and calendar credentials belong offchain. Applying creates no token deposit or public blockchain transaction.

Changes and retention

You can edit your saved business setup from your workspace. Application records remain stored for onboarding until you delete an unfunded, unactivated application from your workspace. This removes its saved business setup and connections from the application database. Once an account is funded or active, closure requires a reviewed process that preserves payment and refund records. Do not include sensitive customer details or secrets in your business answers.
